CLEAN AS A WHISTLE

Keeping up with laundry is a daunting task at most homes, but can you imagine a home with more than 50 kids and 7 mamas - laundry can pile up quick! The Joy Village had a washing machine but recently it was not working properly and could not be repaired. The mamas had been washing clothes by hand. 

Sister Marietta, who works at Nazareth Hospital, shared that the Malta Embassy Secretary Mr. Sam came to Nazareth Hospital to introduce himself and volunteer to help bring maternity patients to Nazareth during the COVID curfew hours. While Sister Marietta and Mr. Sam were talking, she mentioned the washing machine for the Joy Village that needed fixing. Immediately the Malta Embassy responded and donated two washing machines! They delivered the machines last week and were up and running the same day. It is amazing to see the ways that God always provides!
