HOLY FAMILY CENTER MORALE BUILDING

The Holy Family Center recently implemented a few small steps to help the staff during COVID and provide motivation, team building and recognition. Each month all staff gathers together to celebrate staff birthdays. These celebrations allow all of the staff to visit together, enjoy a sweet treat, and reflect on their past month. The team is encouraged to share success stories and other updates, including any new things they’ve learned throughout from the month.
